Vad gör Spelinspektionen?
Spelinspektionen har tillsynsplikt, dom ser till att licensierade aktörer sköter sig men kollar även om icke licensierade aktörer är aktiva mot eller inom svenska marknaden. Deras otacksamma jobb omfattar tillsyn av Casino Cosmopol, restaurangkasinon, Jack Vegas maskiner, lottförsäljning, bingohallar och all online spel mm.
Dom kommer inte att hjälpa till om du har en tvist med en sajt.
Vad gör Konsumentverket?
Konsumentverket ger konsumenter och näringsidkare råd om hur man ska bete sig när man gör affärer… typ. Dom har en bra guide i hur du ska gå vidare om du har en tvist med en sajt, dom kommer inte att hjälpa dig. Däremot kan dom anmäla sajter som brister i måttfullhet vad gäller reklam och så vidare.
Vad gör ARN?
ARN, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, är en myndighet som prövar tvister mellan konsumenter och företag. Det låter ju bra men saken är den det enda ARN kan göra är att lämna en rekommendation. Det är alltså tämligen uddlöst eftersom en rekommendation är ett råd, inget “måste” för någon part. ARN är också tydliga med att dom är neutrala och tar ingen sida alls. Lika förbannat är det bra att anmäla spelsajten om du känner att du har blivit illa behandlad för ARN har en skyldighet att kontrollera ditt ärende och kan ta upp det för prövning. Även om sajten struntar i rekommendationen har du gjort något bra och ARN håller räkning över antal anmälningar en sajt får.
Vad är Spelpaus?
Spelpaus är det bästa som hänt spelmarknaden sedan online spel fullkomligt exploderade för snart 20 år sedan.

Inte Spelinspektionen.
Vad menas med olicensierade sajter?
Om att spela hos olicensierade spelsajter eller casinon utan svensk licens, vad gäller egentligen?
Finns det något som heter olicensierade sajter? Vi reder ut det hela och ger dig tips om vad du ska tänka på när du spelar hos en icke SGA licensierad aktör.

Här hjälps man åt med Spelinspektionen som vill kanalisera allt spel via bolag med svensk licens. Det genererar skatteintäkter och ger Spelinspektionen mindre jobb vad gäller tillsyn.
Dock, vi svenskar får spela vart vi vill och borde ha rätten att göra insättningar med våra egna likvida medel & kreditkort.
Men, här har Finansinspektionen skrämt upp bankerna så pass att de flesta traditionella bankerna inte vågar släppa igenom insättningar till sajter utan SGA licens.
Allt ovan drabbar oss spelare som inte får ta del utav bonusar, rakeback, cashback mm.
Tänk på att om du väljer att spela på sajter utan svensk licens och vinner – grattis isf – en rejäl summa eller har ett totalt överskott på minst 100kr bör du redovisa detta för Skatteverket i samband med din deklaration. För du gör inget olagligt om du spelar eller vinner på en sajt utan svensk licens. Men du kanske gör det om du inte redovisar eventuell vinst.
